Eight years ago, Hunter and Rachel met while working at a French bakery in Pike Place Market, Seattle. Hunter started pouring latte art hearts in Rachel's coffee, and the rest is history.

Throughout college, we spent every minute we could together, from working at the bakery, to selling fruit at farmer's markets, and studying for classes. We absolutely loved our time in Seattle, from picnic dates under the cherry blossoms at UW to hiking adventures in the cascades. After we graduated, we moved to Chicago to start an even greater adventure, loving every part of life in our new city.

Hunter proposed in September 2022 on the pier off North Avenue beach with the backdrop of the last fireworks of the year over the Chicago skyline. Rachel said yes before he even finished asking the question!

We were so excited that the whole wedding was planned four weeks after our engagement, including a honeymoon to Naples and the Amalfi Coast in Italy! We are both so incredibly excited for our wedding and marriage. It means so much to us to celebrate with all the most important people in our lives. We can't wait to see you in May!
